Dr. Ruby Ann Dollins offers a variety of traditional and holistic dental services in Temecula, California. All of our treatments are aimed at helping you to create a healthier smile.
Our office is implementing new training and safety protocols to comply with COVID-19 CDA and CDC guidelines. We are carefully reopening our services to support and continue to provide quality care to our community within these guidelines. Although we previously were in-network with most major PPO Dental Insurances, we have had to recently go “out of network” with them. This decision was made in order to retain control over the way we practice biological dentistry. We need to be able to spend ample and quality time with each patient in order to successfully treat for each diagnosis. Insurance companies will not be able to allow us to practice biological dentistry and provide the desired results if we are pressed with time and limited with the materials of choice. We do not want to compromise on the care we can offer our patients who seek us out because of our unique, integrative hybrid model of dental care. As a result of this change, our office can continue providing the quality of care we have become known for since 2002.
We have also updated the technology and techniques we believe are beneficial and effective in keeping with these new safety protocols. Our patients with PPO insurance can still use our hybrid dental services given that all payments are paid at the time of scheduled appointment. Our office will assist to provide patients with an itemized “super bill” including the codes and treatment procedures and receipts that are required for your reimbursements. Depending on the insurance plan you have chosen the reimbursements may vary depending on the conditions of your contracted plan. We encourage all patients who decide to get reimbursements from their insurance to look at the terms and conditions of their insurance contract prior to their dental visit.

Our holistic and bio treatments are not covered by insurance. Insurance patients are under standard of care, and the materials used in treatments will not be biological and have the same guarantee as the material that Dr. Dollins has hand-selected. Patients who pay cash have a 2-year warranty on broken or damaged restorative work.
Our dentist offers 5% off when paying with cash. We also work with CareCredit and Lending Club to provide you with affordable dental care.
