We are requiring patients to not bring any personal belongings to their appointments. Patients must leave bags and cell phones in their cars or at home. Each patient is required to wear a mask, or one will be provided alongside foot protection and gloves to protect the patient and office. Each patient will wear a mask intermittently between procedures and must put it on when a doctor or team member is working on them.
We require payment before your appointment either 48 hours prior to or on the day of making your initial appointment. If we do not receive this payment, you will lose your appointment time.
